How Adam runs games
I prefer to allow for semi-sandbox freedom within the tabletop with a high degree of accuracy to the setting. Roleplaying and Combat are both to be expected and some amount of dungeoneering. I can adjust the difficulty to suit the skill level of the group and whilst 95% of the time I follow the rules I am sometimes lenient, allow for questions and rule of cool is allowed at times as well.

Adam's ideal table
I like an engaged table, in which all members are willing to think for themselves and explore the world laid before them. I also like to see characters that have dimensions to them to keep things interesting.
