About Jake
You may call me Jacket, Sweater, or Jake; either one works for me. I'm a pretty easy-going guy, but I do enjoy picking at people's brains (figuratively) and participating in conversations that people are passionate about. I was introduced to the wonders of TTRPGs in 2018 with D&D 5e being the system that kickstarted this hobby o' mine. A few years later, I began the journey on the other side of the screen, going from D&D to PF2e with a little bit of Vaesen sprinkled in. So far, most of my experience is one-shots or mini campaigns; however, I am currently running 2 separate year-long games, both set in the same world. We've started in D&D and converted to PF2e, which I'm proud to say I've managed to figure out a way.

How Jake runs games
I think players should expect the world will react to them. My style involves making the game feel like a living world, for example, NPCs with flaws and motivations that can be uncovered or lost at the end of their story. Players are an unstoppable force, and the world is an immovable object; as such, I encourage creative ideas and teamwork to get over your limits. Mine you, balance in the game relies on give and take, feedback on what works and doesn't is always appreciated.
