About me

I love everything fantasy, storytelling and gaming. An avid GM of nearly a decade. I made D&D maps and content online for a couple of years under the name Shady Maps! I've played a few different systems, though am most interested in running Daggerheart or D&D games.

GM Style

I love telling collaborative stories and aim to engage with players in a way that leaves them comfortable contributing as much to the narrative as I do. Whether that's with roleplay, backstory or character arcs - I'm a firm believer that TTRPGs are best when the narrative takes the lead. With that said, I think well designed gameplay and mechanics are an integral part of the narrative so I love designing complex combats, intricate social plots and unique exploration encounters. I enjoy using sounds tracks and sound effects when playing, as well as Dungeon Alchemist or my own made maps for immersion. Most of all I enjoy seeing new perspectives and ways of playing, as well as making new friends as part of that. I'm still learning and look forward to playing TTRPGs for a long time!
