About Sam Jones
I'm Sam, a DM based out of Cardiff in Wales. I've been playing DnD for many years and running games for folks for 5 years now. I've done many jobs in the entertainment space, working as an actor, radio presenter, children's entertainer and tour guide! I love helping to tell stories, escaping to far off worlds and most of all enjoying the company of imaginative people. I'm heavily influenced by my Welsh heritage and celtic culture but have experience running games in a wealth of settings with a variety of themes. How Sam Jones runs games
I'm keen on immersive gameplay where character and story drives the game to meaninful high-stakes encounters. I lean more on the rule of cool vs RAW in my own games but am happy to take direction from the table depending on what they want. I believe that failure can be just as fun as success in the right hands and that I'm the referee of the game, playing it with you, not against you. I'm a bit of a dice goblin and love collecting the alternate cover sourcebooks, I love players who eat up lore but I'm not afraid of a beach episode when it comes along.
