About me

After discovering D&D back in 2021, I fell in love with the fun, storytelling, gameplay, and creativity that makes the RPG format so thrilling and enjoyable. Since then I have played in and run many campaigns, one of which has been running for over 2 years and going strong! I love to use D&D to express my creativity, have fun rolling dice, and tell an awesome story. I'll know I've made it when I make my first player cry, just like a DM once did for me!

💜 Empathy 💜 I channel my natural desire to show kindness into my games. Being deliberate about making space for feedback and offering specific ways to do that, checking in with players after the game and following intense moments, and always ensuring consent and forewarning are key ways I make sure everyone is safe and enjoying themselves. 🌍 Worldbuilding 🌍 I take pride in running sessions set in my own worlds, writing with attention to detail and passion. While I can improvise, I also aim to express my creativity through well-established and vibrant campaigns for my players to explore. My dream is to one day have a published D&D book of my own. 📖 Storytelling 📖 I like to use my campaigns to take players on a complex, emotional, and meaningful journey. Entertainment serves to tell stories that mould and teach us, and I want more from my sessions than a simple escape from reality. You will meet characters and decisions that hold depth and significance, and hopefully leave having gained from the experience. 🎨 Creativity 🎨 I don't want to take you through boring dungeon crawls or yet another journey to get the all-important MacGuffin, with my games you enter worlds filled with original and fun ideas. I love to push the envelope of the RPG format and bring my players into stories they've never encountered before! ✏️ Invested ✏️ I encourage my players to take notes, and I do it too! I open every session recalling what happened previously, and keep a track of events to make sure I remember your choices and that they influence the plot. I work hard to provide my players a world where what they do matters and there's no confusion or lack of clarity in the story. 🤝 Collaboration 🤝 I focus on an open world style where your actions and mine come together to create an interactive and collective story.
