About me

Born in a snowbank and raised in a swamp, I grew up in a family that liked playing and inventing fun games to occupy our time. I started hanging around my older brothers D&D table when I was 7 years old, by 8 I was playing a character given to my by his DM (Nikintuk the gnome illusionist) by the time I was 13 I was already GM'ing for my own group of friends and have pretty much been the 'forever DM' since. I am now retired from truck driving for health reasons and am looking to have some fun playing or running some D&D games.

GM Style

I tend to be pretty flexible, most any idea has at least a crit success chance of something favorable happening. Homebrew friendly, I love to customize characters during creation based on cool ideas. I tend to follow the basic rules but I do incorporate things I have learned from previous editions or other gaming systems that I feel improve the experience of the game. for example while I don't use encumbrance rules I do expect some sanity in what your carrying. I believe that a character or party's actions should and will influence and change the world around them, and as such my worlds will in some part be created with the help of the players.
