About King H.
Hello friends! My name is King (He/Him). A am both a player and DM for DnD 5e. What I love about DnD is its parallels to theatre, in which people are coming together to step into a world together as different people to explore themes and experience stories that parallel our daily lives as well. I strive to creatre and foster a community and table that is built on ensemble, respecting of each person's boundries, and lets people do bad-ass shit with where they want their character to go! I believe that once we build the fence in which we are all comfortable playing in, we can let loose in our imagination, and in doing so, adjust/expand our fences! I use Roll20 and Discord, and specialize in DnD 5e but am happy to learn other platforms/games.

How King H. runs games
As an actor, I love roleplay that is grounded in always moving the plot forward. Which means, silly side conversations and shennigans are ABSOLUTELY welcomed, and I will always steer the converstation to moving the plot forward, so no one feels like they're killling precious time (that is paid for!). As a player I am a Min/Maxer that is connected with the character's personalities. That means as a DM, I know the rules, the loopholes, and can create challenging combats and situations that can easily slide the difficulty scale at any moment should it be deemed necessary. Overall, my goal as a DM is to be a guiding wind for the players to progress through the story while letting them explore their own characters and conversations.
