About Ben
Welcome! My name is Ben. I've been running, playing, and designing tabletop RPGs since 2011, when I fell in love with this beautiful intersection of three great passions - writing, performance, and gameplay. My primary experience is in action-forward heroic fantasy games including D&D (all editions!) and Pathfinder, but I also enjoy science-fiction, horror, and other systems including Band of Blades, Night's Black Agents, Call of Cthulhu, Mothership, and more!

How Ben runs games
I prefer to offer sandbox games where the players drive the story forwards by actively pursuing their characters' goals. Beyond that, I believe in playing to the strengths of whichever game I'm currently running, meaning that the ratio of NPC interaction, exploration, and combat will vary wildly between campaigns in different rule systems.
