About me

Hey! I'm Scott. I've been interested in role playing games ever since I was back in elementary school. I only just got fully into them during the pandemic, as I had a lot of free time on my hands. I've mostly played and GMed Pathfinder 2nd edition and Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition, but I have dabbled in other systems such as Blades in the Dark, the Wight Box, and Call of Cthulhu. I realized I like GMing more than I did playing around halfway through 22', and that's because it allows me to watch a story unfold in real time, crafted by my players. Whether it's coming up with things on the spot due to unforeseen questions or consequences, watching a die roll decide life and death, or being triumphant against all odds, I found I enjoyed being on the side of the storyteller more often than not. Whether it be through sheer hilarity, an awe-inspiring victory, or a devastating defeat, at the end of the day, I strive to make an unforgettable experience for my players.

GM Style

While I do thoroughly enjoy my roleplaying, I know in my heart that I am ultimately a tactics and combat enjoyer at the end of the day. It's not uncommon for me to do voices for certain characters and monsters, although it is rarer for me to do it for female characters, as I just can't do a good voice for them in the slightest.
