Ever wanted to mix and match classes and rolls? Become an alchemist tank, or a barbarian support? Like a cast of non-human races to customize in the world of a pocket dimension that forces bear-men, pyramid-headed dwarves and organic-metal androids to live/alongside one another in a mostly unexplored wilderness? Classes that feel different not just with abilities, but have asymmetric mechanics that set you completely apart from your peers? Big fan of the Symbaroum system? (Might be reaching for that one, BUT) Welcome to Isles of the Opening! Help me playtest a system I’ve been working on for the past two years, I’m more than halfway done with the playtesting phase of this game! Trying to put my feelers out for a few more groups outside my normal scope of reach. I’ve been a DM for several different systems since I’ve been 16 (I’m 28 now), and I’ve personally DMd 6 or so groups for my game! GM Style

I let players choose how much of combat, roleplay and exploration they want and cater to that! I don’t like combat to be crunchy, but I still like to keep it tactical. I love doing character voices during roleplaying! I don’t do lots of crazy plot-twists with backstories, but I do try to tie each persons motives into the story at-hand PLEASE NO MURDER HOBOS OR “BATMANS” I will also pay you back any money you pay me to join, I want this to be a free experience if possible but I’ve never used this site
