About me

I am a world-traveling, creative storytelling, rogue/wizard multiclassing, game designing, weirdo who just so happens to enjoy TTRPGs. I love creating complex and rich worlds while working out meticulous designs to captivate and engage my players. I work professionally as a game designer or lecturer and I like to flex my design muscles within the fantasy worlds that I run. I recently decided to begin hosting games online to practice my design skills while bringing in a bit of side money. I am hoping to create some great experiences for my players and myself in the process!

GM Style

I'm much better at the design of the game than the running of the game. While I encourage and enjoy a more character-centric and role-play-heavy game experience, I am not so good at the theatrics. That is to say, Matt Mercer would destroy me as a GM. More munchkiny players will likely not enjoy playing with me as I have a give the players what they need not what they want philosophy. My goal is to work together with my players to tell an amazing story. For me, I love the design aspect of being a GM. I have no issue with completely stripping aspects of the game away to fit the world I am trying to run. Expect a LOT of homebrew content. Also, expect some allowance for players to shape their characters and the world in more dynamic ways. While I don't focus on combat in my games, I DO focus on making the combats players have as interesting as possible. I would rather have one amazing combat everyone remembers and that requires players to actually think to be able to win. I do not pull my punches.
