What made you want to start hosting games? I was drawn to hosting games due to my enthusiasm for organizing events, a love for fantasy, and a strong connection to technology. Game mastering, to me, is like curating a dynamic dinner party experience for friends, fostering a space for both relaxation and pushing personal limits. What makes you different? Setting me apart is my extensive improv and comedy background, having graduated from the Upright Citizens Brigade. How Daniel runs games
My DM style is collaborative and player-focused. I thrive on incorporating player preferences, whether it's custom weapons, abilities, secrets, or backstories, making each campaign uniquely tailored to your group. Embracing an upfront approach, I incorporate PC details right away, and collect feedback. With a deep improv toolkit, I run a "yes and..." game, fostering a dynamic and creative atmosphere. Utilizing Foundry as my tool of choice, leveraging its customization features to tailor the game experience to the players' preferences. I use voices to add an extra layer of immersion to the storytelling.
