About me

Hi! My name is Vin and I'm honestly pretty green when it comes to being a DM. I have 5 years of experience under my belt with one ongoing long running campaign, and countless one shots all hosted as home games, but if you're searching for a 5E DM who will bring your wildest fantasies to life then look no further! My style of dming can be described as bringing a larger than life cinematic experience where my players share the spotlight to become heroes of the realm, scourges to existence, or even just key pieces in the narrative at large. I like to strict a balance between role play, combat and overarching storytelling with a player centric focus. But first and foremost I am a player centered DM and can easily adjust to whatever style of play fits my current group's interest. I hold a deep passion and love for the art of storytelling and gaming in general, and Dungeons and Dragons really brings all of these elements together in a way that provides a great escape into a world of magic, political intrigue and epic battles.

GM style

I love good roleplay, fleshing out layered npc's using unique character voices and interacting with players in character. Tactical combat is generally my secondary focus but a major part of the story telling experience I like to bring to the table. I favor rule of cool over rules as written.
