How FrugalNinja runs games
I like my games to have a fiction first approach with plenty of room for player input into narrative and character backgrounds. I run my tables as an open and honest GM with a high level of care to make everyone feel comfortable and heard. I strive to have all encounters have a why and all NPCs to have their story explain their actions. (even ones we create on the fly)
