About me

I have been hosting tabletop games for over 5 years and have experiencing DMing all walks of life. I also have over 10 years of improv experience as well as a fan of fiction writing. I do tend to lean more on homebrew material when it comes to my main campaign, however I do host on occasion several books or official adventures from the source depending on the groups interest or if I have a good idea on how to run it. I tend to run more games that are unorthodox then usual games such as the Ocarina of Time campaign and a NCIS style cop drama that takes place in 80s Miami. I try to take the system into some wild places but with well writing and fun action to go along with it. I would say I am more 60/40 RP being more of the front runner but I try to make sure theres a good balance of combat and story telling.

GM style

I do tend to lean more towards the role playing side of things, however I am a fan of balancing and creating challenging monsters and rivals for the heroes. I am very quick on my feet and tend to respond a lot quicker and sometimes wittier then what you would expect from most GMs due to my years learning and performing improv, however I also tend to be more grounded when more serious moments in game happen. I dont believe in Player vs DM, but rather both working together to tell an awesome story and to have a one of a kind experience. That doesnt mean I will hold back any punches there will be a lot of challenging fights and battles. The best thing for me to bring to the table is atmosphere. Using Foundry as a VTT is perfect as it allows me to input the music as well as the lighting that is needed as well as a downloading the perfect modules to help compliment D&D Beyond with its roll integration and character sheet link.
