Guru's an engaging GM who knows the game well and uses that to create a compelling atmosphere. I'm currently in a Curse of Strahd game he's running and his portrayal of Death House genuinely had the party on the edge of our seats. He keeps the game moving while allowing plenty of opportunity for inter-party interactions and roleplay, and isn't afraid to deviate from a module when it's needed, such as changing out an area boss fight for something more thematically appropriate.
