About me

First and foremost, I should note, my pricing is up for some debate based on session lengths and the system (I'll charge more for a FATAL game, for example.) I've been exposed to D&D practically all my life, thanks to my father and his friends gaming at the house, and it's rubbed off on me. I've been a local GM for 8 years now (mostly for friends and such who were fellow nerds) and DM'd my father and his friends for a couple years before that. Most of my experience is with 5th edition D&D, but I have been dabbling and testing other systems such as Rifts, Cyberpunk Red, and Tortured Earth, and I've got quite a bit of experience running and playing Paranoia and DragonQuest.

GM style

I love to create open, massive worlds that put little to no limits on what my party can do. Encounters are realistic and can be quite brutal if you don't prepare (or take on higher level threats), but combat is always avoidable. I also love to experiment, love well-written homebrew, although I do have an explicit rule against Artificers. I love getting into character as every little NPC, and every last one has a story to tell. Explore the world around you, gossip and rumors are the easiest way to find danger and quests. Stay alert! Trust no-one! Keep your laser handy!
