About me

Hi, I'm Chall, I'm a GM and author. As a GM I cut my teeth on Weg D6 Star Wars and kept running games through GURPS, Fate, Apocolypse World, all the way to Troika. I model my games after fables or sci-fi/fantasy movies. Sit at my table and you'll relive a space opera, or find yourself in one of Grim's fairy tales. Author-wise, I wrote Seith and Sword and Vanagard for Pendelhaven Press. I've recently gotten into self-publishing. GM style

I have two styles. Action/Adventure: You're in a game where you can do ridiculous things and look cool doing it. Quip cheezy lines. Blow up battle stations, or fight dragons. Be a space wizard or pirate. It's all good. Fable: You're in a world filled with wonder, where myth holds significance. You'll run into fairies, ghosts, angels, demons, and old gods. Have a quiet moment in an enchanted forest, or bargain with Ishtar at the edge of the cosmos to secure a cosmic egg. Obviously, both styles bleed into each other from time to time.
