About Felipe Lopez

Hey, everyone. After many years playing and GMing various types of games, I've decided to delve deeper into the hobby. I currently have my own website with RPG-related content, along with some board game goodness. I'm also working on a DnD book and some other stuff that I'm super excited to share with you all in the future. I have experience with many different systems. From the classic D&D to the edgy World of Darkness. From the futuristic Cypher to the gloriously queer Thirsty Sword Lesbians. I've really played it all (except for Gurps...that one gave me a headache). As a GM, I very much value roleplay and fun, with a good touch of chaos. Metagame is nearly useless in my games, as many monsters will have different abilities and other surprises I'll throw in. That medusa? She's a cursed human and kept her paladin levels. That hag is genuinely just a salesperson (just ignore some of the creepier products). Oh, and the dragon breathes hallucinogenic gas instead of fire. Good luck.

How Felipe Lopez runs games

When GMing, my greatest focus is on roleplay and just plain having fun. We're telling a story together and figuring out what happens when the dice are rolled. Good roleplay will always be rewarded in my games and can be the answer to solve difficult encounters when swords and spells fail. I also enjoy a good combat and focus on the enemies being tactical and not just charging ahead and fighting until they drop. I like seeing the same thing from my players, so good strategy and planning will greatly benefit the players.
