About me

Hello, I'm Blake! I spend my free time watching comedy television, reading fiction, non-fiction, and TTRPG source books, and listening to podcasts while I work out and do chores. My brain retains specific trivia and stories incredibly well, but I don't recall what cross streets are near my home. I've decided raccoons are the animals I relate to the most, and am trying my hand at writing semi professionally!

GM Style

I do character voices to help immerse the party in the fiction. I also prefer "theater of the mind" but will utilize Roll20 if a map is required. I do my best to ensure everyone at the table has a handful of awesome moments to brag about after the game. We're all there to have fun together! I watch a lot of movies and television and try to bring the same feelings of action, adventure, mystery, and sharp quips to my tables. I'm a big believer in "yes and..." when it comes to table top games. While I will hold to restrictions in a story, I love to see where a player's suggestion goes, even if it derails my story because the story the group could be better!
