About Ben
I've been playing D&D for just under 9 years now. As part of my love for the game I started a podcast called We Speak Common just over 2 and half years ago. It now has an amazing small community of D&D and TTRPG fans that enjoy the advice, stories and lore I share each week. I've mostly been a DM, but have a fair bit of experience as a player. Where I shine is in story telling, I thrive in linking character story and written adventures to make unique and exciting stories for my players to experience and change. I adapt to their choices and put their fun and story above all else. I've got a lot of experience in bringing new players into the game, often from very first session to regular player.

How Ben runs games
I'm a storyteller. I love roleplay and creating a story with the players, I always work to connect player story into the overall campaign. I run theatre of the mind, though I will hand out maps and location art to help bring you into the world. I enhance the world with soundtracks an audio, immersion is important to me.
