About me

Hey! My name is Jeff and I am coming back to DMing after a 3 year hiatus from the birth of my daughter. I have about 20 years of experience, first started as a player with my dad and uncles when I was twelve years old in 3.5e. Moved on to Pathfinder in late high school and began DMing there and continued on through college as a forever DM at that point. Converted to 5e shortly thereafter and haven't looked back since. What you can expect from me is a fair interpretation of the rules with the "rule of cool" being number 1. If you want to try it, and you can explain why it makes sense, at the very least I will let you roll for it. Ultimately, I am here to have a good time and I can't wait to start up more adventures soon now that my time is becoming more available as my daughter gets a bit older. What you can expect from my games: Full integration with music, sounds, personal tokens and "live maps" via FoundryVTT. Personalized experience for your character with hooks integrated from your backstory into the flow of the main arc. Lively and varied NPCs (I am no voice actor, but I have 5 or 6 voices I can do well enough to keep it fresh) that will help the world be alive. Notable and not-so-notable shopkeeps. And as much RP as you would like. I will never railroad, or steamroll your characters into decisions just for sake of progression or story. You will have your own sandbox.

GM Style

Personally, my games tend to be about 60/40 or 70/30 RP/Combat, but I can easily create a dungeon grind if the group is more about that. I am here for you all, and to provide you what you are looking for in as much of a sandbox format as is possible.
