I've been a GM for 6 years, but I had always wanted to play for longer than that, only problem was my friends and I have never played a TTRPG before. So one day I bit the bullet and decided to learn all I can and be the GM for a campaign with my friends. I decided to start by learning Dungeons and Dragons 5e, got the necessary books and got to reading. Within a few days learned how it all worked and I was ready to GM. My first time as a GM was messy, hectic, and off the rails, but most of all, it was fun! I had a blast coming up with a campaign, some of which was on the fly, and my friends had a great time playing it and even more fun derailing me. We did a few campaigns, which allowed me to improve my skills as a GM, and each one was more fun the last one. I stayed with that group until I graduated college, and unfortunately we drifted apart and I haven't DM or even played a TTRPG since. So when I came across this website, it reignited my passion for TTRPGs and made me really want to start it back up and go on some more messy, hectic, and off the rails adventures with some new people! Now, there's a ton of great GMs out there, some how have doing this for way longer than I have, but I feel a bring a certain uniqueness to my table. I love trying to make sure that each player has a moment to shine, that really makes them feel like they're the main character. Whether it being triumphant against impossible odds combat session or a payoff of a story thread tying into a players backstory, I give everyone something, no matter what they like to focus on while playing TTRPGs. So that's about it from me! I'm really looking forward to finally getting back into some tabletop and making some new, fun, and wild memories with some new, fun, and wild people!
