Hey! I'm Fallon. Published author and long-time GM. I specialize in Gothic horror and dark fantasy. Curse of Strahd is a favorite. My style can be best described as theatrical and engaging. I try to actively include players and make their choices matter while the narrative unfolds. I don't follow modules by the book, but use and welcome them as guidelines and templates for running adventures tailored to my party. I often use ambient music to establish a mood with in a given scene and use a wide array of impressions and voices for different NPCs, try to keep combat engaging and actively listen to my players and their needs. However, I respect the dice and how they fall, but for every poison I include an antidote, a la. Monty Cook. Trust me, I've been doing this since the fourth grade. You can expect the following from me: * I'm big on roleplay and encourage my players to interact with the setting as their characters would. * I'm not a rule's lawyer. To me, the rules are vessels and guidelines for the story we're telling together. * I love doing impressions and voices for NPCs, use ambient sound and music and, if needed, visual aids.
