About Artturi Nummelin
Greetings and salutations my dice rolling friends. A passionate and (nearly) lifelong lover of roleplaying games is looking to maybe make a bit of money out of his favorite hobby. Will he succeed, who knows? Time will tell. I'll be upfront, English is not my native tongue. But I consider myself fluent with it, enough so that only communication problems should come from my strong accent and the occasional moment of me being a mushmouth. It should only take a session or two to get used to though, so fear not. I pride myself on my ability to improvise and think quickly under pressure when it comes to my games. While modules are great fun, sure, I prefer to run homebrew games or to take parts of published modules and mold them to fit my homebrew ideas, or just shamelessly steal maps from them. I have an extensive list of house rules for my games, designed to streamline character creation, fix some pet peeves of mine, and to give a bit of a boost to certain classes WotC didn't pay enough attention to. My table is open to anyone and everyone. I don't believe in excluding anyone, provided everyone can can follow my one ironclad, non-negotiable rule: be excellent to each other. If you think you can manage that, you're welcome. See you at the game.

How Artturi Nummelin runs games
As a GM, I consider myself tough but fair. I never go out of my way to purposedfully kill player characters, but if that's how the dice fall, then that's just fate. Mollycoddling players is a disservice to them. As far as roleplaying and combat go, I don't believe locking the ratio down into certain numbers, like 40/60 for example. I believe in a balance between the two, aiming to include both the same amount. Of course, some sessions will include more RP and some more combat. I prefer to keep things fluid. I'm not a professional voice actor, but I do my best to make important NPCs distinct from one another in other ways, namely personality et cetera. Like some kind of roleplaying game.
