About Abi Abreu
Hello! I am looking to run games for people wanting to become immersed in another world. I put a strong emphasis on relationships in my games, with what you say and do actually making waves in the story. Some things may very well come down to who you know and how you know them. My combats tend to run on the tougher side, but I always make sure they are fair and even run mock combats with PCs to ensure its not a losing uphill battle. I don't give a terrible amount of downtime, maybe a month or so every few levels, but I am very open to ideas you wish to engage in during. Ultimately I like to think I create the world, and my players make their own way in it. If you're looking for engaging plots that you can really interact with, battles that feel twice as rewarding when you win them, and the ability to work towards any goal with only your imagination as your limit, then see what I have to offer.

How Abi Abreu runs games
I keep track of your interactions with an NPC via a relationship tracker. The better terms you are with someone, the more likely they are to provide assistance unprompted, or sell you something at a discount, or tell you secrets they would have otherwise required a check for or maybe never revealed at all. The highest you can get is a +10 with an NPC, and the full extent of that closeness will depend on the type of relationship you have fostered with them. Combat tends to be tougher than most based on my observations. The enemies tend to know what they are doing, even if the players don't. I'm not a big fan of just giving a creature more health to make them tougher, and will often employ more creative tactics. If the party as a whole agrees and wants it to be toned down that can be arranged, but expect by default difficult encounters. Of course, I match the loot to the difficulty it took to acquire it, so there is a balance of risk and reward. I am not proficient with making voices, and reserve such only for important NPCs. I do tend to make my own maps, so there will be alot of uniqueness to the scenery. As you might be able to tell, I love roleplay and Combat. to me they go hand in hand. So expect plenty of both.
