About me

Hi there! Loz here!, I'm based in the UK and i'm a Game Master of 10+ years experience starting with D&D 4th ed waaay back in the day. I now primarily play and run D&D 5e and Vampire the Masquerade 5e (I also have some experience with the new Call of Cthulhu edition too). I have a background in Art, creative writing, history and cultural studies and was a trained chef in a previous life, all of which feeds into my worldbuilding and DM-ing; for example I've been told that you shouldn't play my games hungry! I specialise in homebrewed settings in my games, some completely original- such as with my world Cyrris while others use published and official modules as creative springboards in order to create some really unique and fun games. Safeguarding and inclusion is important to me not only as a game master and as a player but also as a woman and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I work to make my games as inclusive and diverse as possible and I am always happy to answer questions and make accommodations for players in order to improve the experience for all. As such I always work to provide a session 0 for all of my games so players can be heard and have their requirements and limits respected.

GM style

Above all else I am a storyteller and so I love roleplay in my games and often create highly personalised and emotive storylines for each character. That being said I also love combat and creating interesting dungeons and battle maps and enemies that can include puzzles and battle mechanics to make things more interesting.
