About Dan
I've been both playing and running Tabletop Role-playing games for about 22 years now. I started with 1st edition D&D, then moved onto AD&D2e. After that I picked up later editions as they were released. 3.0, then 3.5, then 4e, and now 5e. I've also played and run Starfinder, D20 Modern, and the Hero system.

How Dan runs games
I generally like to run a rules light, role-play heavy campaign focusing on adult themes. Topics are generally rated R however, anything of a sexual nature is taken care of off screen. No graphic sexual role-playing is allowed at my table because it isn't necessary in telling the story, and often makes others uncomfortable. I will generally run campaigns that are steeped in horror including graphic elements of body horror, psychological horror, and descriptions of dismemberment. That said, I will try and be respectful of anyone's boundaries, and expect my players to do the same. Even in non-horror settings I try and apply creative detail to every aspect of the game, and this often includes the fallout of combat. If you are uncomfortable with depictions of torture, dismemberment, or extreme violence please make me aware of what aspects you wish to have addressed and we can do so as a party. With all that said I hope that I am the right fit for your Dungeon Mastering needs.
