Hey there! I started playing dnd 5e a couple years back when I just finished High School/Secondary. I ran the Lost Mines of Phandelver for a couple of friends in college and we really wanted to keep going, so I threw together a homebrew world within a month, that is an ongoing work in progress which I still host campaigns in.

I became a GM because
of Critical Role... I always wanted to play DnD when I was a kid but never knew anyone interested, where to even get started... and thought it was pretty much just an American thing. Then I saw Critical Role and came upon some game shops in Dublin, and here we are!
How Ali runs games
I much prefer narrative, roleplay-driven campaigns rather than number-crunching combat. Although, I will still throw in the odd combat or so, especially if players get themselves into one! I do enjoy giving NPC's character voices, though I'm not amazing at it!
