Andy is the DM of my primary, long-running D&D campaign. I simply cannot overstate how great he is as a GM. He is a naturally creative and consummate storyteller with a remarkable ability to guide collaborative gameplay in fulfilling ways while honoring each roleplayer's unique contributions and preferences. He is also very funny, can bring any number of NPCs to life in entertaining ways, and has a definite knack for robust and detailed world-building. I highly, highly recommend playing with him.

Andy is just about the creme de la creme of GMs. If you find yourself at his table, know you’re in for fantastic storytelling, worldbuilding, subversion, and a lot of laughs. As GM, Andy’s style facilitates the perfect mix of heartfelt character moments and heart pumping action. But beyond that, Andy is incredibly respectful and considerate of his players, their safety, and is deeply concerned with making sure everyone at the table has a great time, regardless of the game they are playing.

Andrew is legitimately amazing. He knows tons about TTRPGs, but not in a rules lawyer sort of way where he doesn't want his players doing anything cool - in fact, he gets incredibly excited when his players come up with cool, weird, creative ways to solve problems. He does a great job balancing engaging plot with autonomy, and I've never felt railroaded or bored when playing with him.

Andy is an incredibly welcoming, creative and joyful player & GM. Endlessly patient with people who don't know the rules (like me) he makes it easy and so much fun to play. He can also be a great scene partner for dramatic or joyful roleplay, and builds challenging, innovative combat. All around a great person to have in your games!

I have played in one-shot games GMed by Andy and he has a masterful sense of pacing that really takes GMing to the next level. He's a great storyteller, loves to create big impact surprises for game sessions, and also facilitates the players getting to make their own big-impact plays. Andy is also great at walking new or novice players through game mechanics and making them feel comfortable at his table.
