Hello! I've been GMing on and off since about 2015, mostly using Savage Worlds and D&D 5E. I loved creative writing but realized I didn't have the brain power to write novels, but I did have the improv chops to put it to use in roleplaying games. Let's build and explore worlds together!

How Matty Diaz runs games
My strengths lean more towards roleplaying. I love creating characters and using them as tools to create a world the players can feel a part of. I tend to run combat encounters in the "theater of the mind" style, but I don't object to breaking out the battle map if that's what the players are into.
