I'm the Founder and Organizer for the RPG Alliance Con based in Calgary, Canada. Its a Grassroots Inclusive Gaming Community that has run annual cons since 2018. We use the X-card as our default safety tool. With Covid we've had to move from in-person cons to a 2020 Online con, and 2021 saw use running a Hybrid con - one day online in Gather Town and one day in person at Dickens Pub. I run a regular monthly D&D 5E and Cyberpunk Red/Carbon 2185 games on our Meetup, and one-shots at the Dickens Pub Gamer Sundays. I'm a Lesbian mom, lawyer, and community organizer. And now that my kid is at university I have more time to run games and build our LGBTQIA2S+Allies gaming commuity.

How RPG Alliance (Vicster) runs games
I am a narrative GM who likes to strike a balance of combat, role-playing and exploration encounters. My goal for you is to tell FUN stories with a group of AWESOME people and have a laugh while doing it. My game table is open to all players and I expect my players to have the same open mind. SAFE SPACE CODE OF CONDUCT: A Safe Space is a place where anyone can relax and be able to fully express, without fear of being made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or unsafe on account of biological sex, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, cultural background, religious affiliation, age, or physical or mental ability. A place where the rules guard each person’s self-respect and dignity and strongly encourage everyone to respect others. Sexual violence is prohibited, racism is prohibited, misogyny is prohibited. Let's all just respect each other and have fun! Maybe save the world or the village tavern while we are at it. The Organizers reserve the right to ban and remove anyone from its events and virtual venues.
