About me
I make awesome games. I've been an experienced game-runner for well over 6 years. I've run 50+ people megagames and I've run small Tabletop games for a single person, I can handle it all. I've been on numerous writing teams and I live for the vibe of collaborative storytelling. I've crafted hundreds of wild and weird scenes. I've dealt in deals with Fey, tiptoed player-characters doing pure evil, and I've played wild and fast with variations of the Deck of Many Things. I make narratives that make players laugh, cry, think, and most importantly embrace the beauty and wonder of the world around them.
GM Style
Each session is catered to the group that it finds, however here's some universal things about the games I run: I'm experienced in "yes and..." improv and I've found a knack for NPC voices. Each NPC I create is unique. I play creative and I let the flow of narrative bring players to where they need to be. I rarely say no to an inspired interpretation of the rules though I'll admit that door also swings both ways. I'm willing to make Devil's Deals that can swing an entire campaign. Most importantly, I'm willing to talk with players and let them blossom.

Wonderful, wonderful one-shot! This was an amazing story, in an amazing, super fun setting! James is an incredible DM, describing the imagery and story with incredible detail, and managed to make our party feel right at home in this new universe! Would absolutely recommend him and play again.
this man ran a one shot for free that I would have easily paid 10-20 dollars to play in. He was accommodating to player background and lore and was always there for a goof. He really made it an immersive game and everything flowed really well From setting up camp and finding food, to the crazy giant battles, there were no dull moments. we even spent 5 minutes trying to pick up a piece of poo. 10/10
A great one shot! What stood out to me was this DM's narrative abilities: natural imagery scenes stood out and were well described. The story lasted 2.5 hours which is exactly my preference (not too long as to drag out) and felt like it had a good beginning/middle/end flow. DM was very good at adapting to the weird character traits I threw in.
