Are you ready for More than a Game? Ready to commit to a game-based, theater-of-the-mind experience that is fun and friendly to all ages? Reach out via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information or to schedule a School of the Mind introductory session! Become familiar with our namesake game-based learning system, develop a better life balance, cultivate your relational leadership, deepen your spiritual sensitivities, or join us for a homebrew D&D 5e adventure focused on building your communication skills. Engage with other participants on a whole new level of fantasy gaming through integrated life-coaching, goal-setting, team-talk, accountability and other constructive activities that will support your efforts to build lasting relationships, overcome weaknesses, surpass your professional goals, cultivate moral character, or just have a ton of fun! You will work with a PhD level professional educator, mentor, fantasy writer and experienced game moderator with 15 years of experience helping individuals develop greater self-reliance, interdependence and positive impact. Join players who are willing to commit to a clean language and life balance pledge. Join us for an upcoming campaign (email email@example.com or see school-of-the-mind.wixsite.com/2020 for more details). You can select from a variety of campaigns, including D&D 5e quests to combine the 12 scattered shards of an ancient relic, to guard a righteous nation from a variety of internal and external threats, or to explore another time and place of your choosing. Our own open world systems and campaigns (e.g., School of the Mind, Lost Cities 2330, Pioneer, Words of Power, etc.) allow you to choose and determine your own destiny. You may select a campaign and system focused on developing relational leadership skills, mental fortitude or spiritual understanding. School of the Mind maintains that effective game-based learning is always relationally processed and relationship oriented. While social turmoil and social distancing are taking their toll on many levels, we believe learning can (and should) still be engaging, fun, challenging and directed towards real growth in practical skills, creativity, key relationships and useful knowledge. School of the Mind supports techniques and technologies that can help everyone experience real learning again, as well as provide alternative supports and strategies to those who may otherwise struggle with isolation, addiction, or anxiety. Come join us for an experience that will educate, enlighten, challenge and entertain you!
