About the adventure

Once every eight years, the fantastic Witchlight Carnival touches down on your world, bringing joy to one settlement after the next. Its owners, Mister Witch, and Mister Light know how to put on a good show; But there’s more to this magical extravaganza than meets the eye… You all have experienced the loss of something very important to you, something you lost at this very carnival, after sneaking in as a child, a sort of curse falling over you, memories of that very day coming back when a mysterious flier showed up. Will you take the chance to find what was lost? What was taken? Can you overcome your curses to save the Fae realm known as Prismer?

How to prepare

Microphone Headphones Roll 20 and DND beyond accounts (both are free to sign up for) Discord Download the Beyond 20 Extention a basic understanding of the rules is helpful but not necessary

Gameplay details

*Additional content warning* Taxidermy, Dolls, Child Labor, mild cursing around the table, possibly slipping some "Van Richten’s Guide to Ravenloft" for some horror elements, and hags, nasty fey creatures known for taking pleasure in others' misery. My general house rules, be kind and respectful to fellow players and DM. I have safety cards on roll 20 to stop or pause scenes if anything is ever too much. There will be No SA at my table or anything that strays too far into Non-con. I will fade to black when a scene might be too Explicit or if someone would prefer a certain topic like spiders or someone getting sick  to be off-screen If you have any triggers, or things you would like me to avoid, and or to tread lightly on the topic of, just let me know and I can support you accordingly I have put all of the Trigger I am aware of in the ad, but if something comes up in-game people's comfort comes first because we are all here to have fun~

How will character creation work

You will start at lvl1 and make your character in DND Beyond, point buy/standard array, and will I will give you a link to join my campaign. We will be making characters a bit ahead of time, I will make myself available before then to help craft your characters we will be doing the lost items/curses storyline, I also offer the prompt of lowkey basing your character and their lost item/curses on a fairy tales, mythos, and or other fictional Works (E.G Little mermaid, Frekinsteins monster, Arachne, etc.) this is by no mean required just a fun prompt~ For the Lost items/Curse, there are three ways of deciding your lost things/curses, there is either free to choose, do a twist on a fairy tale, Mythos, and or other fictional works and make them your own and or pick from the book. Just run them by me first. Some examples are, A swarm keeper ranger based on Cinderella, who is forever stuck in those glass slippers. A person cursed with snakes for hair forever being confused with a medusa-type creature. A curious creature blinks in and out of existence to watch, to help, and for the most part tease you. you can also lose your ability to keep secrets or your ability to smile. I will make time before the game to help.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
