About the adventure

Vision... A gift bestowed by the gods to those whose actions and determination can shape the world itself. A favor that grants elemental powers and a tool to achieve your wishes. Some say that those with Visions have a chance of ascending to Celestia and attaining godhood themselves. Even though very little is known about these gifts besides their undeniable power, one thing is certain. A unique event of great importance marks the bestowing of each vision. What monumental importance could it have for the world then, when 4 previously unknown individuals are granted their visions in the same instance? === Additional Information === The Saga of the Masterless Visions is a short homebrew campaign set in Teyvat, the world of Genshin Impact, ranging from levels 1 to about 6. The story follows four common folk, whose lives are interrupted when fate decides to bind them together, granting each of them a vision. This marks the first instance of this many individuals receiving a gift from the gods simultaneously. What could it all mean and what plans do the gods have for them? The campaign meshes fantasy, dungeon delving, exploration, and investigation. The ruleset used is 5e with a few important tweaks to better translate the elemental themes featured in Teyvat and give an authentic Genshin Impact experience.

How will character creation work

Character creation, along with boundaries, expectation and themes will be discussed at session 0. Characters will start as level 0 characters, roleplaying a few scenes that will lead into the events of gaining their vision. After one or two sessions (depending on the group's speed and preferences) their visions will ignite, granting them the first level in a class of their choice along with an element that best describes the character they have roleplayed.
