🩸 Survive the horrors of Barovia, a land of dread and shadow. 🗡️ Battle the Darklord's undead servants. 🧛 Escape the domain of the First Vampire. 🧙 CHARACTER CREATION Create a character using any of the following sourcebooks: Dungeon Master's Guide, Player's Handbook, Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons, Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide, Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything, Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft, Monsters of the Multiverse. --Milestone advancement. --Ability Scores: Point Buy (27). *No rolling* --Starting Equipment: Standard equipment from class/background + 25 gp per level after 1st (ie, coming in at 4th level means you start with an additional 75 gp). --Multiclass Restrictions: none --Feats? Yes! --Critical Role, Magic: the Gathering, Homebrew content? No (unless DM-approved). 📖 THE STORY Far below the stone walls of Castle Ravenloft, a party of adventurers has just entered the domain of Count Strahd von Zarovich. Strahd’s face forms the barest hint of a smile as his dark plan unfolds. He knew they were coming, and he knows why they came—all according to his plan. A lightning flash rips through the darkness, but Strahd is gone. Only the howling of the wind fills the midnight air. The master of Castle Ravenloft is having guests for dinner. And you are invited. 🎲 THE GAME This is a Dungeons & Dragons adventure where characters will begin their journey at 1st level and advance to 10th level as they achieve milestones. This adventure ebbs and flows with action, drama, and intrigue leaving a lot of room for roleplay and intense fight scenes. So, grab your bag of holding and let's go!

Additional Details

How to prepare

A functional microphone is required to play. Webcams are encouraged, but not necessary. Players will need to access Discord and D&D Beyond. Please create accounts beforehand. Each player should have a general idea of what kind of character they want to make for the campaign which will be finalized in Session Zero. It is also very helpful to have some kind of reference art of your character such a HeroForge model or an illustration.

What I provide

I will host the session from my private Discord server where you will have a dedicated channel to chat with other players in the group. I'll provide all of the game content such as reference images, music, and time management.

How will character creation work

Character creation will occur in Session Zero. Players must create their characters on D&D Beyond and are limited to content that is officially published by Wizards of the Coast when making a character. That said, it's fine to have a character concept in mind before the session (details such as race, class, and general character vibe).

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
