Portals Full of Trouble

About the adventure

The campaign takes place in a fantasy setting, full of magic and adventure! Your party will be tasked with the closing or several troublesome portals that have fixed themselves ever so troublesomely in the town of Fersnworth. Plenty of RP and combat for players who like a nice balance. We will be playing in 5e, roll20 for dice and discord for voice. Character creation will take place within roll20 charactermancer and restrictions will be based on what is available. No importing characters, no custom races. All players will start at lvl1. This is all homebrew content, so there may be some slight variation from original mechanics.

How to prepare

All players should have a discord and Roll20 acct created prior to signing up. We will us roll20 for dice, and discord for voice chat. We will also use roll20 for character sheets.

What I provide

I will provide access to my Roll20 compendium and my addons including: Xanathar's, Volo's, and Tasha's.. Voice chat will be hosted on my discord server.

Gameplay details

This homebrew, almost, strictly follows 5e mechanics with very slight changes. Mostly pertaining to item prices. All PCs will be expected to be available 1hr before the first session to prepare their character sheets so we can make the most out of every session. Sessions usually run 4-5hrs, depending on the party. I would prefer no less than 4hrs each session. There will be plenty of RP availability that PCs will have the option to skip. Quests will be plentiful as well, most of which will also be optional. Combat will also be readily available, with the completion of the main quest requiring combat.

How will character creation work

Character creation will take place within Roll20 charactermancer. Option will be restricted by the options available via my addons. No custom races. All players will start at lvl 1 to be created prior to our first session

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
