How to prepare

Webcam not necessary, but mics will be. Come knowing which class (Ace Trainer, Breeder, Researcher) and Starter Pokemon (Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Pikachu, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile) you'd like to have. I have a session 0 document for everyone to review that goes over the rules of my table.

What I provide

I'll be bringing premade characters of certain trainer archetypes. Once you join shoot me a picture representing your character and I'll make a token of them to be used in play for the Pokemon capture part of the game. Will also bring the good vibes, but if you bring your own it's exponential :D

Gameplay details

I have a Session 0 document written up for player safety and general rules. We will also be employing the Luxton technique and have an honest conversation around triggers or uncomfortable topics. After a short review of any topics you specifically aren't comfortable being covered in this session, we'll be hopping right into it to make the most of your time. Gameplay will be fast paced and dense, but with plenty of space for roleplay! Combat will be theater of the mind.

How will character creation work

I will be rolling pregenned characters that fit certain trainer archetypes. You can still come with a backstory, starter, Pokemon preference, and character names of course! Ace Trainer focuses on battle and training. Breeder is all about making sure Pokemon grow up healthy and strong. Researcher wants to know more about Pokemon and their secrets. When you join I will ask you for your preference of class along with which starter Pokemon you would like from the Kanto or Johto regions (Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Pikachu, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile).
