How to prepare

Please sign into the Discord link provided in the preparation notes. Once there, kindly familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations of the server located in the designated channel. Please introduce yourself in the Plane Scar PBP #above-table-talk channel for our game. Additionally, create a level 2 character in DND Beyond and link it to Avrea in the discord chat. If you encounter any issues, feel free to DM me for assistance. I aim to respond 2-3 times daily, possibly more on weekdays. On weekends, my response time may be slower, typically once daily.

What I provide

I'll bring a sweeping story filled with vivid descriptions and memorable NPCs, along with visuals, images, and maps to enhance gameplay. The game is play-by-post, and I can usually respond between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST on weekdays, with occasional responses at other times. In this format, I aim to prioritize the narrative over strict adherence to the rules, allowing the story to flow more naturally. I'll also provide notes on the NPCs we encounter to help keep track of everyone we meet along the way.

Gameplay details

Before we begin play, we'll discuss content warnings to ensure everyone's comfort. ⭐️ At the end of each week, after payment is processed, we'll go over our "stars and wishes." Stars are things you enjoyed from the previous week, while wishes are areas you'd like to see improved. My hard boundaries include: ❌ No violence against children ❌No non-consensual sexual content ❌ No descriptions of torture These boundaries are also detailed in the "Rules" section of our Discord server for easy reference.

How will character creation work

Character creation will be done in DND Beyond only. General Character Creation Rules: 🔵 Create the character you want. I will adjust combat and story to fit the party composition, so enjoy the process. 🔵 No homebrew items, races, abilities, or spells to start—this may change as the game progresses. 🔵 Please create a level 2 character. 🔵 Use standard rolled stats (4d4 and drop the the lowest) overall score of 75 or above and starting equipment. 🔵 If you have any questions, feel free to ask me through the Discord server.
