About the adventure
Welcome to 'New' Haven! One of six pillar cities erected in on the continent of Aenoquin in the wake of a planet shaking event know as 'The eruption'. In this similarly hanging crystal sphere upon the world tree, the divine beings have taken a watchful but steady backseat in the guidance of their people and creations. Our tale takes us to the peak of the century in the year 2000 with arcane technology and understanding of the multiverse at an all-time high. These Six pillar cities were risen as monuments to the efforts of the people not only to survive but thrive as they found themselves surrounded by numerous threats left unchecked in the shadows of the gods seemingly turning their gaze. The people in the present day, however are bombarded and unware of these lurking evils. As some have seen fit to place themselves in the light under veils of shadow and blind the people to their demise. Something is wrong and the people are either unable or unwilling to see it for what it is. That is where you come in! Create your character on D&D Beyond(Or where ever is comfortable) and roll up to the owlbear rodeo where your map awaits. Join the discord sever and take your shoes off as we settle in for a voyage into the future. Beginner friendly but experiance welcomed, 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons Campaign! Safe and open-minded space for a fun classic style adventure. Based upon the Spelljammer campaign, "The Light Of Xaryxis".

How to prepare
Players will require access to: *Discord for voice and text chatting. *Google Docs to read the rules and handout. *A microphone or headset for voice chatting. *Headphones for advanced theater of the mind moments. *A screen or monitor for occasional viewing of maps. *Good vibes and a cool beverage for self care and a quality time.

Gameplay details
Players can expect a fun and passionate romp in the modern future of a high fantasy world, filled with nods to pop culture and real world media with a light hearted classic D&D overtone. -Links to Owlbear Rodeo, Stat roller(5e tools) & Discord will be provided upon joining. Just bring yourself and a good headset! -Lines, Veils, Cards and breaks will be discussed prior to/ during session 0. -Sessions are held in voice chat, video welcome but not at all required! -Safe and Open-Minded space for all player and character types. -Physical Dice permitted with exceptions. -Stars and Wishes done after every session during after care!

How will character creation work
Characters start at Lv. 3 with expectations for 10-15 and ideally a level up every 3-4 sessions. Per-made characters are permitted after inspection or stats can be rolled using a stat roller in junction with D&D beyond and other source tools for new characters. Backgrounds are free and open or players may choose from campaign specific backgrounds tied to a choice from the books.
