About the adventure

The Frozen North Looms ❄️ Iceland Dale has frozen 🛖 Residents of Ten-Towns are struggling to survive 🦉 The Frostmaiden's whims are unknowable 💀 Unknown horrors lay in wait 🥶 Will you survive or die? It is cold in Icewind Dale. Frost bites at your extremities and freezes the hair to your skin. The Everlasting Rime has ruined this place. Where once Ten-Towns cooperated together, suspicion and fear reign. What this place needs is a hero; someone to end the Frostmaiden's bitter winter and bring about the summer. But the journey will not be easy. Monsters lurk within the frozen tundra, eagerly awaiting those foolhardy enough to face their frigid queen. Do YOU have what it takes to survive? How to prepare

New to TTRPGs, D&D or VTTs? All you need to get started is a free Discord account. Add me on there and I can answer any questions and guide you through the rest. Username: wernerhotdog From there you will need: -A free D&D Beyond account -An internet browser. Chrome works best! -A microphone/headset -A stable internet connection -A webcam is encouraged but not essential Accommodations can be made for anyone who does not wish to use the virtual tabletop

How will character creation work

Character creation will be done in D&D Beyond using my library of races, classes and subclasses. Looking for something I don't have? Let me know and I will purchase it for you to use at no extra charge. Pre-generated characters are available on request. Starting Level 2. Characters joining later join at the same level as the party. Ability scores: Point buy or Standard Array Feats and Multiclassing: Yes All official content is allowed and encouraged with two exceptions: -No custom lineage -No Peace or Twilight Domain Clerics

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
