How to prepare

A basic understanding of SWADE rules is helpful but not needed. We will be open to beginners to the ruleset and to roleplay in general. We embrace new players and encourage player growth. Characters can be created prior to the session or pre-gens will be made available.

What I provide

Fantasy Grounds Ultimate License so demo/free players are acceptable. Games will be shaped by player actions and decisions, and rulings are preferred over rules. Combat can be tactical but rule of cool is acceptable if it fits the story. Voices will be had and will likely be goofy. Expect puns.

Gameplay details

I would prefer to keep combat quickly paced and not delve too deeply into rules minutia provided the story is progressing without the need for it. Session Zero will be about character creation, lines and veils discussions, etc. We'll figure out our initial methods of discussions and aftercare although these will be fluid to allow room for growth and adjustement if needed.

How will character creation work

Characters will be created using the Big Apple Sewer Samurai Setting's process. If there is a creature you would prefer to play that is not included, we can discuss it and make it happen for you.
