About the adventure
The Eberron Universe was created to bring Steampunk to Dungeons & Dragons, but what if F. Scott Fitzgerald had a d20? Welcome to Eberron Eternal, a modified, Decopunk take on Keith Baker's popular D&D 5e setting! In a persistent world where you, the players come and go, your mark will be left on the world at large as I shape it as you tell it; what you do has real implications for how Khorvaire persists, and returning players can take up their previous incarnations to continue their story or see where the world has taken them. Deal with gangsters and mafias, shady Dragonmarked detectives, spired cities overpopulated with all manner of races and magitek, and find what horrors, evils, and big bads lurk in the darkest recesses of Sharn and beyond. What you do truly matters for both your story and the story of others. Treat each session as a singular episodic one-shot, or return and see the possibilities of an ongoing campaign.

How to prepare
A mic is required, but a webcam isn't if players aren't comfortable. A review of the Player's Handbook will be all that's required. They won't need to create characters prior to the session, as characters will be made during a session 0. If they have Tale Spire available, that'd be great, if not, I will be sharing my screen for visual aid in combat engagements, as most of this will be theater-of-the-mind; Discord and D&D Beyond is a must. No need to bring your own dice as we will be using D&D Beyond for rolls and character sheets.

How will character creation work
All characters will start at level 3, made in D&D Beyond. Characters will be made in a Session 0, and any and al questions on local lore and how your character fits in to the world can be discussed in session!
