About the adventure

Come explore the depths of Undermountain in a relaxed, hack-and-slash setting. This will be a fast-paced, high-action, hold-on-to-the-edge-of-your-seats experience. You're here to dungeon crawl. I'm here to make it fun and, you know, try to kill your characters once in a while. You'll fight a ton of awesome monsters, solve a few puzzles, save a few friendly goblins or children or animals or whatever, and get some valuable (but more importantly, powerful) treasure! How to prepare

You will need: Roll20 (So you can see the sights) Discord (So you can read the words) A microphone/headset (So you can hear the sounds) You will not need: Any of the books (I bring those) An extensive knowledge of all the rules (I have Google) Discord and Roll20 link are provided upon acceptance to the game.

What I provide

An established Discord community so you can share your new character concept, pictures of your puppers, or even just chat with people from all over the world! Dynamic Lighting to hide the monsters that are hoping against hope you didn't take Fireball! Pre-Measured Spell Templates so you can measure just where you should drop that Fireball Animated Spell Effects so you can really feel the Fireball you just dropped on those monsters! Music/Atmosphere to bring the emotion of the scene right to your eardrums! Custom changes to the Roll 20 user interface (API/Macros/etc) to help keep you immersed in the game, and not the Roll20 wiki! Full access to Nym's Adventures compendium on Roll20 and DnD Beyond so you can finish that level-up when your boss isn't looking! Additionally, we have added *hundreds* of Roll20 Marketplace items to our library. This means no more commoners who share an identical genetic profile, no more random encounters on the default parchment page (You know what I'm talking about...), no more boring splash pages, and DEFINITELY no more of those plain black/white maps!

Gameplay details

Players can expect a safe space. Nym’s Adventures DOES NOT ALLOW HARASSMENT OF ANY KIND. This includes bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other kind of behavior meant to bring someone down. Violators will be booted from the game and the discord. While the game is 18+, there will be no sexual content permitted.

How will character creation work

SESSION 00: We will create our characters together during the first session of the session. We AFTER: Incoming players will create a character using the guidelines below and submit to DM before their first session. **CHARACTER CREATION GUIDELINES** All officially published material by WoTC is allowed --- Stats: Point Buy Gear: Class Starting Equipment; 750 gold Magic Items: 2 items from Table A, 2 items from Table B or C, 1 item from Table F HP: Average You may also choose one of the following: 1 Magic Item from Table G in DMG Feat (Restriction: V. Humans may not take a second feat) Roll for Stats (4d6, reroll 1's, drop lowest; 30 point minimum or reroll all) You may use either DnD Beyond or Roll20 to play/roll in-game. Several of the advanced features (API's/Macros) used in the game require a Roll20 sheet, so functionality may vary.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
