How to prepare

A discord account is required to play along with a mic suitable for clear communication. Webcams are not required but are allowed if you wish. A DnD Beyond account is required, which can be created for free on their website. A general understanding of the rules is appreciated but not required with myself willing to teach rules if needed. Dice are supplied on DnD beyond.

What I provide

I bring many years of experienced dming, with a background in improv and story writing. I also have the discord server set up with the purpose of playing dnd with music involved, character art available, and maps for players through discord.

Gameplay details

Session 0 will go over expectations from both the DM and player side, go over characters and meet the other players. X, N, & O will be done digitally by private message and debriefing will involve going over what people liked about the session, what they disliked, and going over anything that came up during the session that may have caused discomfort, Players should expect generally fantasy themes and violence, also including themes including death, the infernal, and criminal activity. I have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to any form of sexism, racism, homophobia, bullying, or any other form of prejudice. Players who do not abide by these standards will be forced to leave with no refund.

How will character creation work

Characters will start at level 1 using standard array ability scores. Characters will be created before session 0 using dnd beyond. Any material from official sources is allowed and any homebrew content is allowed as long as it is approved by me beforehand. If you require any assistance in character creation you are able to ask me for help and pre-generated characters are available.
