About the adventure
A city's water supply has been contaminated for a while, something is wrong with the underground river that feeds the wells. Several adventurers have lost their lives trying to investigate, even those that were considered legendary heroes. The time to bring the big gun is gone, its time for the biggest guns. Investigate a seemingly mundane mystery with a dark aura around it in this unlikely epic lvl 20 one shot!

How will character creation work
All WotC material is approved. Multiclassing and feats are accepted Free feat at level 1. Variant human and custom lineage are banned. Starting level is level 20. Ability scores are selected with standard array or point buy. Tasha's Origin Customization is allowed (assign your racial ability score increases however you like) Use starting items from your class. Each player has 13 points and 2000 gold to use towards what magic items or additional starting gold they wants for their character. The points work as follows. - 1 point for a common magic item or 500 gold. - 3 points for an uncommon magic item - 5 points for a rare magic item - 7 points for a very rare magic item - 9 points for a legendary magic item No wish granting items or spells or simulacrum. You can also use gold to purchase items according to Sane Magic Item Prices. You are considered to have enough spell components to cast any spell that needs components with gold value, one time. You can use gold to buy more if you want, but some could be found during the adventure.
