Character Development - Backstory Adventure

About the adventure

Do you want your character to be more than just a collection of numbers, abilities, and traits? Do you think about where your character came from, and what it is that makes them unique? Why did they become an adventurer in the first place? What events transpired that caused them to take up sword or spell? Maybe you have a good idea, but rather than just writing it out, why not experience those events first hand? I will create a custom session developed specifically for you and your character, including maps and reference materials. We will play one-on-one and you and your character will be the star of the show. You will come out of your unique backstory adventure with a deeper understanding of your character, allowing for greater and more engaging role-playing opportunities in the current campaign. Your character may even end up with a unique talent or item inspired by your backstory and that fits with your character's theme and goals. PLEASE NOTE: These sessions are primarily designed for players in my campaigns. If you are not currently a player in one of my campaigns, please contact me directly prior to requesting one of these sessions. I need at least 7 days prior to the desired date in order to properly prepare for your unique one-on-one session.

How to prepare

- Please have Discord installed with a working Microphone. - Please have the Fantasy Grounds demo installed - Camera is optional. Please contact me in discord before the session to invite you to the game server and prepare material for your character creation.

What I provide

I will be bringing the game software (Fantasy Grounds), content books for character creation, music, dynamic maps, and a great atmosphere!

How will character creation work

Character creation will happen in session 0, where we will discuss also general themes of the campaign, player preferences and any other issue that has to be discussed. As a base, we will use Standard Array.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
