How will character creation work

We will be playing fantasy modern times think fantasy High. Critical role and Grim Hallow subclasses are preapproved just give me a heads-up. ||Character creation:|| Rolled on D&D Beyond, point buy, or standard array are all valid. •Lvl: 12, you get 10,000 gp and 5 points towards magic items, and optionally you can get a free feat by picking a horror archetype: -Item Point Values- Uncommon: 1 point Rare: 2 points Very Rare: 4 points Legendary: 7 points Purchasable Items -- Potions -- Healing: Minor - 50gp, Greater - 200gp, Superior - 1,500gp, Supreme - 5,000gp Resistance, Growth, Hill Giant Strength, Water Breathing: 600gp Elixir of Health, Maximum Power, Heroism, Diminution: 1,700gp Speed, Invisibility, Flying: 5,400gp -- Spell Scrolls/Spell Wrought Tattoos -- 1st (150gp), 2nd (400gp), 3rd (700gp), 4th (1,200gp), 5th (1,900gp), 6th (2,800gp), 7th (3,900gp), 8th (5,100gp), 9th (6,400gp) If you have a spell book of any kind, you can choose to transcribe the scroll into the book before the adventure * Optional Cabin In The Woods Rule : You may gain an extra feat by choosing an archetype.
