About the adventure

Blood Orgy on Vampire Island is a one-shot scenario for the Pulp Call of Cthulhu system. Its great for players brand new to the system - and for experienced players. Players take the roles of the upper crust of society in the 1930s. A hopping party aboard a Yacht pumped full of jazz, booze and scandalous debauchery turns into a blood soaked nightmare as the partygoers find themselves stranded on a remote island with something. Something otherworldly. Something that hasn't eaten in quite a while. The characters are less squishy and have exciting 'pulp talents' up their sleeves to give them that extra edge. Think the Indiana Jones type of adventure where hordes of baddies are felled with a single punch and you can walk away from a nuclear explosion by hiding in an old refrigerator. Once the horror starts, the investigators may find helpful clues to what is happening and how they can escape with their lives. But will they do so in time? Who will live and who will die? Can anyone survive the Blood Orgy on Vampire Island?

This scenario was built around pre-made characters with set background stories. COC doesn't "level up" like other RPGs. Characters are meant to feel like everyday people caught in extraordinary scenarios.
